PenChecks Trust Company of America is charged with providing oversight and advisory support services with regard to its various programs including establishing an Investment Policy Statement where applicable and ensuring strict compliance with the Department of Labor Safe Harbor Investment Standards with regard to Default/Missing Participant IRAs and Taxable Savings Accounts. PTCA conducts its fiduciary and administrative work with the understanding, thoughtful and conscious care that is appropriate to our role and as mandated under title I of ERISA with regard to all qualified monies under our control.

Trust and custodial administration is our principal focus. In addition, we also provide a variety of specialty services to our clients through our parent company PenChecks, Inc. and its affiliates.
